FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where do you deliver to?
All of our cookies are delivered nationwide.
How much does delivery cost?
We charge a flat rate of $5 on all orders.
How does delivery work?
All of our cookies are delivered via an overnight courier service. These are sent on your chosen dispatch date and although NZ Post aims to deliver them the following day, sometimes this may be a day later.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are purchasing multiple products in one order, they cannot be delivered on different dates. If you wish to have items delivered on different dates, you must create separate orders.
What day and time do you deliver?
Our cookies may be delivered at any time of the day.
What are the cookies delivered in?
We pack your cookies nice and snug in a white cardboard box with some acid-free tissue paper. It then goes inside an eco-friendly courier bag so that it is airtight on it's way to you.
Can I pick-up my order?
We do not offer pick-up at this time.

Are there any allergens in your cookies?
GLUTEN: Unless you select our gluten free range, our cookies will contain gluten.
SOY: Our cookies contain traces of soy, and the vegan white chocolate that we use contains soy.
NUTS: Our white chocolate macadamia cookies contain nuts.
Please be aware that our cookies are all produced in the same kitchen, and while we do our best to follow strict hygiene rules in order to prevent cross-contamination of allergens, we cannot guarantee this and we strongly suggest that anyone with an allergy does not consume our products.
Where are your cookies made?
Our cookies are handmade with love in a small registered kitchen on the North Shore, Auckland. Click here to see The Vegan Treatory Kitchen's Auckland Council certification.
🍪 SPECIAL ORDERS...
Can I order them as a gift for someone else?
You sure can! Just enter their address for delivery, and if you would like us to write them a personalised note, enter this in the order notes when placing your order.
Do you do corporate or large orders?
Yes we do! Please get in touch with us here and we will see what we can do!
🍪 STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS...
How should I store the cookies if I don't want to eat them immediately?
They should be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
How long do the cookies last and can I freeze them?
Our cookies are best eaten on the day they are delivered but can last up to two weeks in an airtight container. If you are not eating them fresh out of the box, they are best warmed up for 15-30 seconds in the microwave before eating...warm and gooey! They can be frozen for up to one month.
Do you operate during lockdown?
We do not operate during Alert Level 4 but can operate during Alert Level 3 onwards. In the event that Auckland is in Alert Level 4, any orders made during that time will be sent out as soon as we move to Level 3.
How will lockdown affect my order?
Unfortunately we cannot refund any orders that have been affected by lockdowns/alert levels. If we have to close due to a lockdown, any orders will be put on hold and sent out once we move to an alert level in which The Vegan Treatory is able to operate. This means if the dispatch date for your order ends up being in Alert Level 4, or you place an order during Alert Level 4, your order will be sent once Auckland is in Level 3.
